ASSOCIATION SPECTRA
OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS
for submission of offers for accommodation and conference services for the purpose of organizing a three-day event, within the project:
“Self-determination is the key for democracy”, implemented as part of the project “Together for LGBTQI+ Equality” (NDCI HR INTPA/2024/458-771), implemented by the Centre for Civic Education (CCE), in partnership with ERA – LGBTI Equal Rights Association for Western Balkans and Turkey, Queer Montenegro, Queer Center Skopje, Tuzla Open Center, Open Mind Spectrum Albania, and the Center for Social Group Development from Kosovo, with the support of the European Union.
Eligible to apply are legal entities and entrepreneurs registered for the provision of accommodation and event organization services, who have adequate accommodation and conference capacities and are able to deliver the requested services within the territory of Montenegro.
Scope of services
The organization of the three-day event includes:
- Hotel accommodation for 15 persons
- Provision of meals and refreshments
- Conference room rental
- Necessary participant materials
- Technical equipment and on-site technical support
Deadline for submission of offers: 17 February 2026 by 15:00h
